How Do Annual Plans Work?

With our annual plans, you pay once for the entire year, and you will be gifted 2 months from BetterContact, meaning you ultimately pay for 10 months instead of 12. The chosen amount credits will be allocated and roll-over, just like the normal monthly plan.

Here’s how it works:

  • After you sign up for an annual plan, you get all your first monthly credit allocation.

  • Each time you look someone up, one lookup is deducted from your monthly total.

  • Unused credits roll over to the next year.

  • You’re charged when you first sign up and then automatically every year on your renewal date.

  • You can cancel anytime from your account. The cancellation will take effect after your current billing cycle.

  • The minimum commitment is one year.

  • You can upgrade your plan anytime, and the change will take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change will apply on your next billing cycle.
