Here's how to find it depending on which feature you're using.
File Enrichment
In the left sidebar, click File Enrichment
Find the affected file enrichment in your list
Click See details on that enrichment
Copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar
Your URL will look like this: https://app.bettercontact.rocks/file_uploads/12db32ab020107b5e6c6
API
In the left sidebar, click API Cockpit
Find the affected request in your list
Under the Request ID column, copy the ID shown
Your Request ID will look like this: 9979dea21a66b87424c5
Single Search
If your issue is related to a Single Search, you don't need to find a URL or ID - just let our support team know it's a Single Search issue and describe what happened. We'll take it from there.
