Why Isn’t It Instant?

We understand the importance of speed when it comes to enrichment, and delivering results quickly is a top priority for us. However, the enrichment process relies on over a dozen data providers, each contributing unique insights. While we strive for instant responses, some providers can take up to 40 seconds or more to return their data. When these steps are combined, the overall process can take longer.

Our email verification process, which uses three verification providers, is another factor. In certain cases, such as verifying potentially catch-all email addresses, the process may take up to 5 minutes. This additional layer of verification ensures the highest level of accuracy but can extend the duration. Learn more about how email verification works.

Typical Enrichment Times:

• Phone numbers: 30–70 seconds.
• Emails: 1–2 minutes.
• Email and phone numbers: Around 1–2 minutes.

Bulk Enrichment

For larger files with 2,000, 3,000, or even 5,000 contacts, we use a queuing system that processes up to 100 contacts at a time. This ensures that massive uploads, such as files with a million contacts, don’t impact the performance for other users. If you need higher throughput, such as for product integrations, we can scale up the number of contacts processed in parallel.

It’s worth noting that enriching 100 contacts doesn’t take 100 times the duration of a single contact—multiple contacts are processed simultaneously to save time.
