The 50 free credits are only for first-time users. If you've already made a Workspace before and are creating another account, you won’t get the credits again. This helps make sure that only new users trying the platform get the credits.

Detecting Unusual Activity

BetterContact works with a partner to spot unusual or suspicious activity. If the system notices someone trying to create multiple accounts using things like VPNs, proxies, or virtual machines, the credits won’t be issued. This helps stop bots and fake accounts from taking advantage of the system.

What Should I Do If I Didn’t Get My Credits?

If you’ve never created an account before and you’re not using any software to hide your location (like a VPN or proxy) but still didn’t get your credits, contact our support team. We’ll look into it and help you out.
